ECE 5346/6346 VLSI Design
Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisites ECE 3456 or ECE 3457 or equivalent
Fundamentals of integrated circuit design using computer-aided-design methods; MOS and bipolar techniques; standard cell, digital subcircuit and memory layout and design.  Project:  Design and have fabricated a functional integrated circuit.

ECE 7349 Advanced Topics in Microelectronics
Professor J. Chen Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisites ECE 5346 or ECE6346 or equivalent
Current research issues in the design, fabrication, testing and reliability of integrated circuits. Submicron design of CMOS digital and analog circuits.

ECE 5356/6328 CMOS Analog Integrated Circuits
Professor J. Chen Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisite: ECE 3456. Analysis and design of CMOS analog integrated circuits at the transistor level, single-stage and multistage amplifiers, differential pairs, current source biasing circuits, current mirrors, and operational amplifier circuit design.
